*Making and Keeping Your Appointments:
All appointments will need a credit card on file.
No matter what type of appointment you are making, keep in mind that time is precious, both yours and the person you are making it with. We depend on appointments to make a living. We understand if you have over scheduled yourself and can let us know as soon as possible. The earlier the better, because there's a chance to fill the vacancy with someone on the waiting list or walk-in,
We encourage scheduling, we do welcome walk-ins, however, it's based on
Before and After Hour charges will be applied when appointment is requested.
Your appointments are very important to All At Beckys Nails professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that you must cancel any appointments with 24 hour notice. We do understand unavoidable issues and do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations or "no shows", you'll be charged a cancellation fee of full service, here is the breakdown of cancellation fee:
*No shows will be charged 100% of service amount.
*Last Minute cancellations half of the service scheduled.
*When you book an appointment less than 24 hours of service, you lose your right to reschedule the appointment. So please do not book expecting to change your appointment day of service, you will be charged full price for the appointment.
*If you fail to reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance, and you don't
show up to your appointment you will be charged for your full service. No exception's/No excuses.
*All Deposits are nonrefundable.
*As a courtesy, we do text to confirm the date and time prior to your appointment.
* If your 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled, and you'll be charged full price for the service booked.
* If you are given a courtesy reschedule less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged half of the service fee per appointment.
**If you fail to show up to your appointment and cancel you card you cannot book a future appointment without paying all fees that are owed from your last appointment.
*If you show up to your appointment and cancel any service on the day of your
appointment, you will be charged full price for any service you cancel.
*ABSOLUTELY!! NO REFUNDS!!
*Gratuity is not included in the price of service or salon packages, customary tipping is greatly appreciated.
All At Beckys Nails specials cannot be used in combinations with any other offer, promotions or third-party gift certificates.
